Cybersecurity Intern

EY Tunisia · June 1 – July 31, 2026

During this experience, I had the opportunity to work on VulnTrack, a vulnerability and compliance management platform designed to improve how security teams manage vulnerabilities, assets, risks, and compliance activities.

I contributed to the development of a secure platform addressing real-world security challenges, including vulnerability management, secure data ingestion, risk analysis, compliance tracking, and application security. I also worked on security mechanisms such as brute-force protection, XML security, audit trails, and automated testing, while contributing to the implementation of compliance features aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

This internship allowed me to strengthen my knowledge of secure software development and application security, while gaining a better understanding of how cybersecurity requirements are translated into real software solutions. I also developed my skills in Python, Django, vulnerability management, risk assessment, security testing, compliance, and software engineering.

Beyond the technical side, working on a real project taught me the importance of teamwork, problem-solving, communication, code quality, and thinking about security from the beginning of the development lifecycle.

CTF Player, Author & Content Creator

EagleDefenders · August 2025 – Present

As a member of EagleDefenders, a cybersecurity CTF team, I contribute to learning activities and competitions as a player, challenge author, and content creator. I design and solve challenges across digital forensics, OSINT, cryptography, and web security, and create write-ups and educational content to share what I learn with the community.

Taking part in national and international CTF competitions has strengthened my problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. It has also given me practical exposure to vulnerability assessment, penetration-testing tools, and incident-response workflows.
